Ragi Dosa
Ingredients:
- Black gram dal/gota - 1/4 Cup
- Brown/White Rice - 1/4 Cup
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ragi flour - 1/2 cup
Directions:
- Soak fenugreek seeds, Black gram and brown rice for good 8 hours
- Blend them well into smooth paste
- Now mix Ragi flour well in the batter and let it ferment overnight
Thats it!! The dosa can be had with any chutney or curry!!
