Mango/Blue Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Nuts:
    • Walnuts
    • Almonds
    • Pecans
    • Cashews
  • Dry fruits
    • Dates - 2
    • Figs - 1
  • Fruits
    • Blue berries - handful
    • Mango/Pineapple/Papaya Frozen fruit - handful
  • Milk - as required

Directions:
  • First blend the nuts into coarse powder
  • Add fruits, dry fruits and milk and blend per your liking and your smoothie is ready to be enjoyed :)
