Mango/Blue Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
- Nuts:
- Walnuts
- Almonds
- Pecans
- Cashews
- Dry fruits
- Dates - 2
- Figs - 1
- Fruits
- Blue berries - handful
- Mango/Pineapple/Papaya Frozen fruit - handful
- Milk - as required
Directions:
- First blend the nuts into coarse powder
- Add fruits, dry fruits and milk and blend per your liking and your smoothie is ready to be enjoyed :)
